Your private reservation details are securely shared only with selected partner hotels and service operators for booking fulfillment. Your personal data is never sold, traded, or shared with third parties except as strictly mandated by law.

All data transmitted across our booking platform is encrypted using industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, ensuring robust protection against unauthorized access or data breaches.

ONLINE TOUR RESERVATIONS & BOOKING TERMS
1. Tour Rates & Pricing Structure
All quoted rates are net and fully inclusive of current Sri Lankan government taxes, service charges, and Value Added Tax (VAT). Subsequent statutory amendments to local taxes or VAT rates may result in price adjustments. Package prices are fundamentally based on double/twin room sharing for two occupants and vary according to seasonal travel dates or guest volume. Promotional discounts for children and triple occupants apply strictly as stated in your custom quote. Extra bedding options are provided via high-quality foldable rollaway beds.
2. Comprehensive Tour Inclusions
Our package prices comprehensively include:
- Premium accommodation in shared double or twin-bedded rooms.
- Daily meals as explicitly specified within your customized tour itinerary.
- All entrance fees and tickets for the indicated tourist attractions and heritage sites.
- A dedicated professional private chauffeur-guide and air-conditioned vehicle for the entire tour.
- Seamless international airport arrivals and departures transfers.
- Fully air-conditioned private transportation including all fuel, highway tolls, and parking fees.
- Private Safari Jeep costs and national park tracking fees where applicable.
3. Tour Price Exclusions
Our package prices strictly do not include:
- International or domestic commercial air tickets.
- Specific video camera or professional photography permits at heritage monuments.
- Comprehensive international travel insurance policies.
- Daily beverages, alcoholic drinks, and lunches unless explicitly specified in the itinerary.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, and shopping.
- Additional unspecified travel services or optional sightseeing excursions.
- Early hotel check-in or late hotel check-out charges.
- Optional adventure activities or specialized local guide services on-site.
4. Booking Confirmation & Deposits
Holiday packages are officially confirmed only upon issuing a written email confirmation from our trip designers and securing a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total ground handling charges, which may be adjusted at our management's discretion.
5. Secure Methods of Payment
We accept secure payments via major international credit cards (VISA, MasterCard) or direct telegraphic bank transfers in LKR or USD. Any associated bank transaction fees or currency conversion charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Delayed final payments may result in automatic booking cancellation.
6. Private Tour Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellation fees are calculated based on the notice period before arrival:
- Cancellations 41 to 60 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fees apply.
- Cancellations 30 to 40 days prior to arrival: A 50% charge of the total tour value is retained.
- Cancellations 20 to 29 days prior to arrival: A 75% charge of the total tour value is retained.
- Cancellations under 20 days or No-shows: A 100% full cancellation charge applies.
7. Special Travel Requests
Specific preferences such as interconnecting rooms, dietary restrictions, or specific bed configurations must be submitted during booking. While we endeavor to fulfill all special requests, accommodation settings depend entirely on real-time hotel availability and cannot be legally guaranteed.
8. Hotel Rules & Check-In Regulations
Standard hotel check-in across Sri Lanka is strictly at 14:00 hrs, and check-out is at 11:00 hrs. Early arrivals or extended late check-outs require prior structural arrangement and are subject to additional hotel day-room fees.
9. General Travel Reminder
Room availability and seasonal rates depend on hotel occupancy at the exact time of quotation. Confirmed bookings will be issued with a finalized detailed itinerary and confirmed overnight stays. Unforeseen changes in hotel tariffs may necessitate a revised tour quotation.
10. Important Safety Note & Risk Liability
Visits to local wildlife national parks and adventure safaris are undertaken entirely at the client's own risk. Safari jeeps are operated by independent local providers with localized insurance coverage. Unexpected statutory increases in fuel prices, government taxes, or national park entrance fees will be passed on to the client with immediate notice.
